With many Americans just recently waking up and joining the fight to take back our country, Moms for America has been battling woke culture for 20 years! That’s right—you don’t want to mess with a ‘Mama Bear’ when her cubs are being threatened. These moms could smell the danger of the culture shift way before some of our most famous folks now pushing back on the leftist takeover. Since there is no stronger bond than between a mother and her child, it’s no surprise that moms instinctually started huddling up to proactively protect their offspring from what started as a leak of evil that has now grown into a major threat of Marxism.

How Moms for America Came to Be

Founded in 2004 by Kimberly Fletcher, wife of a retired Air Force officer and mother of eight children, Moms for America was inspired by the dramatic cultural shift in America being led by radical feminists. The vision is to build a national movement of moms to promote the principles of liberty to restore the Republic, and create a culture of truth, family and freedom in our homes and communities. Many moms were drawn to this organization, seeking a voice to counter that radical influence while providing a place for this silent majority to be heard, encouraged and supported. Kimberly has made it her personal mission to educate and inspire the women of America to realize their immeasurable worth and powerful influence in our country and culture simply by being who they are.

It’s no surprise that this organization grew right along with the growth of the leftist ideologies that continue to erode our beloved country.  This movement was a way to counterbalance the culture shift that is really being pushed by a small minority. Today, Moms for America® is a national movement of mothers reclaiming our culture for truth, family, freedom and the Constitution; reviving the sense of community and spirit of sisterhood that once thrived among the women of America. 

It's a Mom Revolution, and you don’t want to get in the way of a group of Mama bears protecting their young—especially when there’s over half a million of them with a goal to grow over one million! 

This cultural movement of moms marches forward together to restore the value of motherhood, marriage, womanhood, and patriotism proclaimed through the lives they lead, the children they raise, and the liberty they possess. Living counterculture, they are ignited with the passion of patriots of the past while firmly planted on the foundation of God and a clear vision of hope for the future. They will change their homes, their communities, and indeed, a nation!

Three-Fold Mission and Core Beliefs

What does Moms for America hope to achieve? “Empower moms to raise patriots and promote liberty for the healing of America.” That is their three-fold mission. Their motto is a quote from Thomas Jefferson. “Adore God. Reverence and cherish your parents. Love your neighbor as yourself and country more than yourself.” Moms For America believes in the self-evident truths and inherent rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness outlined in the Declaration of Independence, protected through the Constitution of the United States, and represented in the Pledge of Allegiance – first among these being life.

The group has seven core beliefs, of which all employees, executives, board members and contractors must agree with:

1. We believe in God-given rights.
2. We value personal responsibility.
3. We believe love is strong.
4. We value freedom.
5. We believe freedom rights are maintained through engaged citizens who inspire good leadership.
6. We value the family.
7. We believe in parental rights.

Any true patriot would have no problem agreeing with these tenets. It’s actually sad that we need organizations to promote and remind us of what should be etched in every American’s heart. It just shows how far our country has strayed from what our founding fathers fought so hard to secure for future generations. The good news is that groups like Moms for America continue to shine even more light as they flourish and fight against the machine. And with the support they receive from major conservative voices, the light grows brighter every day. 

The BIG Event

As mentioned in the headline, Moms for America is celebrating a milestone anniversary—20 years and going strong! A three-day infusion of hope and encouragement will start on Feb. 29th and continue through March 2nd of this year, just outside of Dallas in Bedford, TX. This incredible summit offers inspirational speakers, informative panels, music and special guests to celebrate what Moms for America has achieved over the last 20 years and what their plans are for the next 20. With special guests like Glenn Beck, General Mike Flynn, Kevin and Sam Sorbo, John Rich, Dr. Sebastian Gorka and founder, Kimberly Fletcher, you won’t want to miss this one.
